The modern bedroom contains all the things you’d expect. A wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf, and a bed maybe! What about the other things in your room. A TV on standby? An alarm clock? A cell/mobile phone? I even have a wi-fi broadband connection and cordless telephone in my room as it’s the only phone socket with a power socket near it! My bedroom is a hive of those electric wave things!
So I know from experience the difference switching it all off makes. When you shut your eyes, you are shutting your body down. You are giving it a breather- A chance to repair and rest itself. So how must your body feel if it is being pulsated with localised EMF’s and ELF waves throwing themselves at you from your electrical devices? Next time you shut your eyes and lie in bed, just have a listen – if you have a piece of electrical equipment on, you WILL hear it….trust me…
Try and limit the amount of electrical equipment you have in your bedroom. First of all ask yourself that great eco-friendly question -
“Do I really need it?”
Also – before I go – Try a wind-up alarm clock – They are much classier, and much better at waking you up!!
