burgers
If you love beefburgers on your barbeque, then your probably concerned about what is actually in the burger you buy from the shops. Well – make your own and you don’t have to worry about it.

Ingredients
1 large red onion
2 eggs, whisked
500g beef steak mince
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Handful of chopped fresh parsley
Small cubes of cheddar cheese (optional)

Method
Cut the onion into very small pieces and thrown in a glass bowl, along with the mince, worcester sauce and ketchup and parsley. Season and mix well with your hands. Mix in the egg, which will act as a binding agent.
Shape into four well sized burgers and throw them on the barbeque!

After you have shaped the burgers you can squeeze the blocks of cheddar cheese inside the patties to make cheese burgers
